GREAT NEWS!!!!! Energy Corporation of America has decided not pursue the Proposed Injection Well Site.
“ECA said in a statement sent to TheDPost.com on Friday, April 18, “A number of different factors led to this decision. … These factors included well integrity, ease of site access, environmental sensitivities, and many others. In the end, our exploration simply concluded this well is not a good candidate for conversion to a Class II injection well at this time.””
In January of 2014 some YaBbers went door to door and collected signatures on the peptition against the Proposed Injection Well. Other YAB members were at the Morgantown Mall giving out information on NoInjection.org and getting signatures also. We are very excite that Deckers Creek watershed well not be harmed by this injection.
